Be wise, be strong and be love and keep prana close to you. Conserve prana in order cultivate utter discrimination and laser focus.
Daily, take time to process, to pray, to repeat your mantra, to meditate, to seek space, silence, nature time in order to protect your mind. When you speak or share anything, question if it aggravates a state of fear, anger or delusion for yourself or/and others ( Patanjali Sutra II,34). If it does, the result will be insanity of the mind which will perpetuate suffering as the wisdom sage of yoga ,Sri Patanjali, puts it. Every time you repeat & share negative energy it will multiply thousandfold.
Instead, choose to contain your energy 24/7 and build your courage, strength and stamina. To rise, resist and fight when appropriate. To cultivate smartness, cleverness, wise use of strength and wise use of means and tools. This is the time to use all 18 arms of Maa (Divine principle of Mother) with profound wisdom. To speak to all 10 Maha Vidyas ( the ten Tantrik wisdom Goddesses) and seek out their guidance, their wisdom.
Current chaos reflects the mythology of the Vedic scriptures revealing how the trinity of Gods Vishnu, Brahma and Shiva asked the help of Maa, as they were unable to fight the demons and there was chaos in the world. From her primal form she created her army of 10 Goddesses with numerous invincible qualities in order to restore order and protect goodness. Remember Maa is holding a bowl to catch all the drops of evil blood to prevent them from spreading and multiplying.
May this sharing support and elevate you in your personal daily life. May it protect goodness and help you cultivate that which is lifts you. Forward, upward and inward.
If you hold on to the experience of pain it wears you down and out. It leads to being a leaky bucket, loss of prana, loss of the capacity of making good decisions about your life and eventually a loss of health.
Or pain inspires you to sit down and question with discernment the true essence of your life. To become quiet to the Inner voice of higher wisdom guidance. To motivate yourself to move from a stuck place with courage and faith. To slice through anything that you are doing which blocks your well-being, consciously or unconsciously. To make choices that unburden you and set you free.
Than your body becomes a storehouse of Shakti.
This is a key of the subtle Tantrik Sadhana.
Sometimes some things first have to go before a new opportunity unexpectedly opens up. The emptiness experienced, is temporarily leading to uncertainty and fear, yet with an inner knowingness there is a reason why all changes. Nothing needs to be fixed, it just needs time and space. Giving space to Shakti to flow where she can expand fully.
I know her so well, yet being in the eye of it, it is a continuous act of surrender and trusting that I am guided and held at all times. Sometimes you need to take a leap of faith, because your heart tells you it's the right thing to do. How could I do anything else but that? Because I am a Tantrika. They usually don't follow rules, they only follow the bliss, worldly and spiritually. Doing whatever makes their heart sing. So I put it out here, and asked your support, your good thoughts, so that it would take shape, manifest - that which was longing to manifest.
I went inward and paused. Waiting for the unveiling of the mystery. Merging with the breath of the universe.
Waiting to shoot the arrow, right into the center, revealing the Fountain of Healing, revealing the Essence.
And now, 3 months later, it has manifested. A sacred quiet haven and harbor, just as a Sanctuary of wisdom, radiance and compassionate holding should be. For you, to be nurtured, supported & mentored, assisted and held in your healing journey, to receive a teaching for life, learning to live your life fully. For any stage in life wether that is birth, celebration, illness, or being tucked away safely in the Sanctuary to recover, to be heard, seen and held, to learn how to deal with your life circumstances. All offered with great compassion, care and only love.
Hidden and yet revealed.
Once you slow down and pause you are able to perceive what is needed.
It is a crucial self nurturing daily ritual that needs to be practiced when the deep longing to elevate your consciousness is awakened.
Longing to be awake reveals the deep longing to be free. To fly, free like a bird, free from suffering.
Slowing down is the first step in aligning yourself with the truth. In the classical text of Sri Patanjali, the sage and Godfather of Yoga, this is called self-study or svadhyaya.
It serves you in observing the vibration of the truth nadi. The truth nadi is a subtle channel revealing wisdom teachings from the Source.
Living the truth diminishes your life stress and increases your prana (energy). Gently and slowly.
Life is daily giving us the choice to avoid truth or to sit with the truth.
Even if the truth is uncomfortable.
There will be a moment in your life were you can no longer avoid the truth. The more intense the symptoms of suffering, the deeper the longing to be free from the suffering. Suffering is the fuel to be burnt in the light of wisdom.
The Sanskrit word sattva means truth. It is the highest life path according to the philosophy of Yoga and Ayurveda. Darshan (vision) of truth reveals those things in your life that cause dis-ease.
To be free from suffering, open up the gate to truth.
"The practical means for attaining higher consciousness consists of three components: self-discipline and purification, self-study, and devotion to the Lord."

Without an appropriate flow of prana (energy), health is not possible. It is the carrier for communication. Once the communication gets stuck or disturbed the body-mind-heart gets confused and overwhelmed leading to illness.
All our cells are holding a cellular intelligence which is being transmitted between the cells through the right flow of prana.
When a yogi meditates she/he directs and controls the flow of prana and enters a higher state of intelligence or buddhi. When this state is prolonged the yogi enters samadhi.
Than the individual cellular intelligence merges with universal intelligence or Mahat.
True Health or Swastha happens beyond the mind, beyond what we know.
It happens in that field of unknowable unlimited universal awareness.
It happens when we surrender our mind to buddhi and diligently focus on only longing to know the truth.
Than the highest teaching is being revealed. Through direct experience. Crystal clear. Sattvic.

Creativity & The trilogy of Tantra, Ayurveda & Yoga.
Creation from subtle to gross is heard with your subtle inner ear while you embrace silence.
It is seen in the deer looking with infinitely loving eyes, captivated by a sound coming to him through the ether.
Being still while the inner wisdom sound manifests in his heart. Where did it come from, what was its origin?
The delicate deer allows himself to merge with ether, in a state of absolute quietness.
The deer anticipates the vibration of sound that is to come and resonate through him. Pausing in the glorious field of spaciousness.
The image of the deer reflects the unique quality of loving eyes while the lover and beloved merge and go beyond the physical Loka (world). He is listening with the inner ear to what is longing to be revealed, to what naturally has the desire to come into creation or dissolve into nothingness.
Any poet, painter, or musician imbibes this quality of trusting the inner sound. Any human being aligned with shabda (sound) experiences closeness with the Divine. Their naturally arising well of creativity is gushing beauty when they become timeless, merging with sound. They have a naturally arising gift to listen to the Divine and manifest infinite beauty through their voice, their hands, their hearts.
For healing purposes it is crucial to acknowledge these gifts in the human being.
The Ayurvedic healer imbibes the inner knowingness to acknowledge and encourage the unique and naturally arising expression in the human being. Those humans with a desire to create, are honored and guided to find their path of expressing this gift.
Their innate qualities of sensitivity, delicacy and love for aloneness or all-one-ness, is the path guiding them within, to the Source of creation. It is these beautiful qualities of akasha (ether) and vayu (air) that attune them with nature. When they create, their deeply balanced prakruti (nature) is being revealed and expressed. The deeper purpose of their life is being honored. The choice they made at the time of conception when the soul entered the womb, is being fulfilled.
It is a gift of the Ayurvedic healer to be able to attune himself and ask the questions: What is longing to be fulfilled in this lifetime for this soul? What is the highest dharma that leads this human being to evolving and living their full potential?
Human beings with vata prakruti are supported when their unique gifts are given space.
How can they connect to this Source when there is no time and space to support that? Their delicate dynamic balance is beautiful. At times they choose to be alone, into the woods, to sit close to the Divine. In silence. It nurtures their being. It allows them to expand and let prana to guide them home. It is the a cross point where Ayurveda meets and melts with Tantra.
Once these human beings understand and embrace their own nature, they shift. They move away from the perpetuating thought that something is wrong with them because they don't fit in, and can't be or live like what is considered normal.
They start honoring life choices that support their unique nature, and they finally feel there is no longer a need to push or adjust themselves to others.
They start being themselves. Sensitive, delicate and uninhibited. It nurtures their body, mind and soul in unexpected ways. They start writing poems, paint, chant as the well is gushing creativity through their body vessel. It is their meditation. It is a naturally arising Samyama, the threefold process described in the Yoga Sutra's of Sri Patanjali in Chapter three, the path revealing supernatural abilities and gifts.
Samyama happens when we follow prana, are captivated by prana and then come home within the Source of the Self.
"Samyama occurs when these three processes flow together harmoniously, integrating the full spectrum of the mind's potential. " YS III, 4 , Yoga Sutra's of Pantanjali as rendered by Mukunda Stiles
For the Tantrika, sound is the doorway to the Inner Beloved. It is a path of listening with the inner ear and touching the formless. And giving herself fully, without hesitation, to the unknown, unmanifested touch.
All she longs to do is to listen to the sound of the heart of her Beloved and give her heart to that One. To fulfill the natural longing over and over again, to be in the bliss of the poetry of infinite love, unconditionally being held and holding.
Where two become One.
