The Trilogy Healing Program offers an all-inclusive, accessible approach, adapting the therapeutics to the person, instead of expecting the person to adapt to a technique that is a "one fits all" approach. The key is to become comfortable within the body-mind-heart, learning how to move through life with ease, with ease and learning how to adapt and ride the waves with as much Grace as possible.
Several modules are offered creating an in-depth approach to health, healing and beyond. The foundation of this sharing is the unique merging of the wisdom teachings of yoga, āyurveda and tantra into a yogic anatomy vision of health and healing that includes all five koshas and beyond.
Many wise teachers who have shared their wisdom and personal experience of the eternal wisdom teachings have infused me with this essence. It is a true blessing to continue to share these gems that have been offered to me with so much love and respect.
The approach is practical and profound, guiding any person in living a sustainable and meaningful life from birth to death, no matter what their circumstances, cultural background or sexual preference are.
All modules can be taken separately and eventually blend into a comprehensive approach to living, loving and dying
The benefit of working with one teacher for a prolonged time is that you dig one well deep. Committing yourself to growing, deepening and sustaining a relationship not only benefits your community, but even more so, it supports your personal growth as a Yogi/Yogini through all ups and downs of your life.
The foundation and the thread that runs throughout the Trilogy Healing Program is your own sadhana. When you have lived through a teaching yourself and have experienced how this challenged and transformed you, you are coming from a place of Truth and integrity when you share and pass on the experience. This is where your personal Sadhana comes in. Your direct experience is your highest teacher and this polishes you into a compassionate healer, enabling you to hold space for the other seeking help finding their way back Home.
"The fruit of your Sadhana is your Seva to the world."
Once you learn how to develop a personal sadhana based on the eight limbs of yoga, steeped in the traditional classical eternal teachings, your personal transformational experience leads to a clear vision of how you may best serve others.
"Your Sadhana reveals your Karmas and your Dharma"
Through your sadhana, you become sensitive to the needs of your body and mind, and with that, you develop an increased awareness towards the needs of others.
With great respect and love

STRUCTURAL YOGA THERAPY™
Move with Ease - Balance Strength and Flexibility - Adapt to the Individual

Structural Yoga™ is a form of classical yoga that allows teachers to adapt yoga to individual needs and provide teachings that translate off the mat into daily life. Structural Yoga™ instructors are trained to teach classes to people with a broad spectrum of needs, from those able to participate in traditional yoga classes to those with movement restriction, injuries or health challenges who require modifications and a very compassionate, healing approach.
Structural Yoga™ relies on a deep respect for the body's innate capacity for safe, healthy movement and healing. This translates to a way of teaching that invites the body to find its own optimal way of moving and building strength, without the use of many props or hands-on corrections that might ultimately hinder self-awareness and the slow, careful development of the muscle structures that are needed to develop a full yoga practice. Structural Yoga students are also gently invited to discover their own yogic path that can carry them through personal challenges, on a path of spiritual growth and transformation.

AYURVEDIC YOGA THERAPY
Balance the Doshas | Individualize Sadhana | Build Prana, Tejas and Ojas

This training program covers practices of Mukunda's book Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy. It is advisable for students to read the book, as well as Chapter 2 of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Mukunda Stiles prior to attending. This program is for Yoga Teachers with a minimum of 200 hours certification, for certified yoga therapists and ayurvedic practitioners, who wish to expand their understanding and deepen their expertise in Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy in a private setting.
This program offers yoga teachers and therapists the ayurvedic vinyasas and other mastered techniques in a group setting or one-to-one session, after the student has practiced and embodied the technique for a minimum of 30 days.
Certified Yoga Therapists will deepen their Ayurvedic skills of observation and interpretation on a multi-dimensional level. They will learn to understand and guide their client, adapting to the individual and their vikruti (current state of being/ imbalance) and bring them back to prakruti (natural state of being). From the appropriate personal ayurvedic yogic Sadhana, the Yoga Therapist develops a sattvic attitude, leading to wisdom and practical guidance to their clients.
This AYT program is approved and listed as a peripheral ayurvedic training program at the NAMA, the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.

TANTRA YOGA SECRETS
Build Prana | Come Home to the Source | Find Shakti

What would your life look like if you are being your authentic true self, living life fully integrating the sensual, sexual and spiritual aspects in One? Tantra Yoga secrets guides you in eighteen transformational lessons to serenity, radiance and bliss.
Tantra Yoga bridges Ayurveda and Yoga. Ayurveda strengthens the health of the physical body, Yoga stabilizes the mind and Tantra Yoga offers practices to contain your energy, elevate it and let the energy guide you to your authentic self. Classical Tantra Yoga is a Sadhana focusing on spiritual practices such as mudra, pranayama, mantra, ritual, meditation, nyasa, kriyas, bandhas, tantrasana and tandava. These practices refine your sensitivity and build your body container of Prana. From this increased inner sensitivity you naturally feel what the appropriate boundaries are with others. The result is supportive and expansive relationships as a naturally arising fact in life.
Tantra Sadhana opens the pranic body where we hold stuck patterns and conditionings. Once you feel safe, these suppressed feelings will be released. These spontaneously arising kriyas create spaciousness and awaken your unlimited potential to surrender to higher love. This form of love is called Para Bhakti in the Narada’s Bhakti Sutras: The highest form of love of full inner communion in which the boundaries between the Lover and the Beloved dissolve.
The module Tantra Yoga Secrets will be offered late 2021-2022 DTBA, for details go to the teaching tab
