THE TRILOGY HEALING RETREAT | DECEMBER 26 - JANUARY 4
The Goddess Garden Cahuita, Costa Rica
This program focusses on a personal and in-depth approach of your health and multi-dimensional well-being.
The foundation of the Trilogy Healing Program is the wisdom teaching of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra.
All teachings are founded in the principle of Sri Krishnamacharya, who honored each persons personality used the breath as the guiding bridge between the body and the mind to establish appropriate movement and to adapt Ayurvedic and Yogic recommendations to the uniqueness of the person.
The residential retreat setting offers the participants a sacred space, to truly go deeper and to learn how to live in its fullness and how to embrace dying as a natural part of life. The focus is on you, to develop a deeper understanding of who you are, what you need and where you want to go with your life. You have space to observe life stressors and how changes in the daily offered practices and wisdom teachings shift you on a multi-dimensional level. Through this process of internal and external polishing you will be able to see clearly what burdens you and what lifts you up. Once the mind aligns with the heart, your gifts and highest purpose will be revealed. That is the prerequisite for manifesting and living your life fully and embracing death as a natural part of life, rooted within a unique dynamic personal balance of body, mind and heart.
Chinnamasta is aiming to offer you a direct experience of the ancient wisdom translated in a practical way applicable in your modern daily life as a householder. All of her life experiences and study from western and eastern perspective are merged into this all embracing approach. Her vision is to help you to return to your essence and live your life in the most natural, organic way possible, aligned with your true nature and deepest longing.
The experience of deep contentment in every aspect of life cannot be seen separate from the inevitable process of decline of health, change, loss and death. Our purpose here in this world is to learn to become comfortable with both. Contemplating your own death, how to deal with yourself and relationships when you are facing difficult phases in life, how to prepare yourself, how to take care, during illness, the terminal phase and beyond are part of this exploration we all face in life. Because how could we live fully, if we have never looked at the fears that prevent us from giving ourselves to this beautiful life without hesitation?
The main books that are used in the program are Structural Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Tantra Yoga Therapy, Patanjali Yoga Sutra’s, as rendered and authored by Mukunda Stiles and several writings from Chinnamasta that have not yet been published.
Anybody may attend this program, the only requirement is an open mind and the intention to dive deep into the heart of the wisdom teachings.
This retreat will be sold out quickly and registrations will be confirmed on the basis of first come first served. Your spot is confirmed once you have made your payment in full.
