FULL AYURVEDIC YOGIC SADHANA WORKSHOP
Chinnamasta will share a full scope Ayurvedic Yoga Sadhana including the eight limbs of the Ashtangha Hatha Yoga path. This practice is steeped in the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya, the Godfather of all yoga teachers. He merged Ayurveda and Yoga into one approach and offered a personal approach of Sadhana for each student. His teaching follows an important principle: to adapt the practice to the uniqueness of the person and to the current state of being (Vikruti). This is crucial if we wish to maintain the ultimate goal of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra, which is being established in peace, light and love as a naturally arising state in your body, mind and heart.
This class focuses on developing your own Sadhana at home as a foundation of your life, learning how to live, love and die.
Chinnamasta merges the teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra within one path, sharing a way of living your daily life which is easy yet profound and joyful. The trilogy of wisdom teachings offers you an approach that includes all layers of your multi-dimensional yogic body. To render you body-mind-heart light, lifted and expansive. This leads to a way of living in the world with raised awareness and compassion.

This class is a great stepping stone for anyone who wishes to get to know Chinnamasta and her approach and/or who might be interested in enrolling in the Inner Peace Yoga Therapy Program.
