MOVING FROM PAIN TO EASE
ADAPTING TO THE UNIQUENESS OF THE PERSON

Learn how to move with ease in your daily life. This is a paramount focus for a yogi. A yogi is that person who is able to keep their Prana, or life energy, close. This teaching is reflected in the Sutras of Sri Patanjali, the wisdom teacher of all yoga teachers, offering us step-by-step a way of living life consciously and purposefully. When we move with ease, Prana flows through us effortlessly and nourishes our body, mind and heart. It carries us in all our actions.

Whenever there is pain, this flow is blocked, flows in the wrong direction or flows with inappropriate speed. Pain is energy consuming and limits us in living our full potential and makes it difficult for us to meditate - the deeper goals of the eight-fold path of yoga as mentioned Sutras.

This workshop is accessible to anybody, no previous experience is needed. Chinnamasta will;
1 share a wisdom talk about Sadhana Pada of Patanjali
2 gentle preparatory asanas, movements and breath work
3 deep relaxation - Nidra to process and integrate

This is a donation based event to support SONOMA ashram and their projects in Varanasi India.
Donation $45 to be made directly to the ashram either cash, check or CC

Chinnamasta Stiles is an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist and a spiritual mentor, who has been sharing her experience and personal healing sessions in the US and abroad for over 25 years. She was initiated into the lineage of Bhagawan Nityananda of Ganeshpuri, after which her life transformed forever. The teachings she shares are steeped in the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya, the grandfather of all yoga teachers, who promotes the principle of adapting yoga to the uniqueness of a person and their current state of being ( Vikruti). Chinnamasta met Babaji Harihar Ramji six years ago at a crucial turning point in her life, just after her Beloved Mukunda Stiles - a great yogi, left his body in her arms. Babaji understood like nobody else could have, the state of bliss she experienced while the body of her Beloved dissolved into the arms of the Divine Mother. She felt deeply supported and welcomed by Babaji and has since than become a close sangha member of Sonoma ashram.

Chinnamasta has continued to hold the torch of the teaching she lived and shared with her beloved in the global community. She has come to realize that we need to master three things in life: The Trilogy of Learning how to live, love and die in a way that is accessible and easy to digest. She has learnt through personal experience the importance of embracing this trinity in it’s fullness, in order to live your full potential as a human being and to create a meaningful footprint.

She shares this Trilogy implementing the wisdom teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra.The goal is to establish peace in the mind, love in the heart and energy in the body as a naturally arising state.

She models how you can develop your personal Sadhana and how the fruit of your Sadhana becomes your gift to this world.
