Shakti Retreat Ireland June 28-30 Come back to the fullness of yourself
We welcome you with great respect and love for this residential retreat in the breathtaking wild West of Ireland, only 1 and 1 /2 hours from the airport of Cork. We would love to welcome you whether you are a first timer or if you have already experienced a Shakti retreat. This is an all-inclusive retreat, open to all genders, singles, couples, LGBT. All cultures and faiths are welcomed with great respect and love.
This Shakti retreat is a great opportunity for you to come back home to the fullness of yourself and to experience the nectar of life. For 4 days you will immerse yourself in deep Soul work that leads you to experience expansion, freedom and inspiration.
All practices shared by Chinnamasta and Saraswati Bella are grounded in the wisdom teachings of Tantra, Yoga and Ayurveda and are a transformative offering for the body, mind and heart.
This retreat is a wonderful way to get to know Chinnamasta in depth and to prepare you for the 9-day Trilogy Healing Program which will be offered from July 7-15 at the Devi Yoga Studio in Ballydehob, Ireland. The retreat includes:
3 Ayurvedic organic vegetarian/vegan meals a day with fresh local vegetables.

We start the retreat on Thursday at 5 pm with chai, a welcome circle, a dinner and a yoga Nidra until 8 pm.
Friday we start at 8.30 a.m. with breakfast followed by practice in and outside around the Devi Yoga Studio. We have snack and drink time around 11.30 a.m. and lunch at 1 p.m.. We take a break until 3 p.m. and continue with the afternoon program until 6.30 pm. We have dinner outside if the whether allows until 7.30 p.m. there will be a Dharma talk about Tantra and awakening inner sensitivity & Kirtan during the evening.
Saturday we meet again at 8.30 a.m. for breakfast and have a similar program to Friday
Sunday we meet for breakfast at 8.30 am and we close the morning teaching with a ritual around 1 p.m. Our final lunch celebration is from 1-2 p.m. and the send-off is at 2.30 p.m.
