LEARNING HOW TO LIVE, LOVE AND LET GO
Chinnamasta’s highest aim for students and clients is to compassionately guide them in mastering these three crucial components of life.
Learning how to liveWhat makes your heart sing?
Chinnamasta has learned from personal experience that we feel complete once we experience a sense of belonging and alignment with our highest purpose in life. To her, this is reflected in a life guided by your heart, doing what makes your heart sing and expressing your highest creative potential. The foundation for living fully involves taking care of your physical health, learning to feel your feelings, observing your thoughts and making the most elevating choices in life that lead to a stress-free lifestyle, filled with happiness. A life in which you create a unique footprint, sharing your unique gifts and expressing your highest aspirations. Life is the teacher. You can learn how to ride all the waves of life with confidence and Grace – learning through introspection, connection and sharing with others – to lead a healthy, energetic and joyful life. |
Learning how to loveHow can you experience the highest expression of love?
Before we are ready to love another fully, we need to know who we are, what we need, and how to have appropriate boundaries. Boundaries are healthy and protect your body, mind and heart, helping you to live your life with the highest ethics possible. A lack of boundaries leads to a “leaky bucket,” extending yourself beyond your healthy capacity and making inappropriate choices in relationships. From a loving relationship with yourself, all other relationships grow outwardly. When you are able to fully sense your feelings and be with your emotions and thoughts, you can learn to love and trust yourself. From this anchor, you can attract the relationships outwardly in life that are aligned with that truth of being that you are expressing. Infinite Love is the pulse of life. Everything in life is created out of this tremor of love, and everything dissolves into it. |
Learning how to let goThe key to a life of fullness
Once you realize that everything comes and goes in life, your vision of that which is truly important transforms. The ultimate wake-up call is having to let go of that which you hold on to most. And yet, learning how to deal with dying while you are living is the highest transformational practice. It teaches you how to complete the unfinished pieces, to make life choices that really matter and how to move from outer noise to music or inner peace. It reveals to you how to accept and to surrender. It is Chinnamasta's personal experience that loss transformed her life focus and tendered the heart, choosing to live fully from a state of authentic being, compassion and love. Most of the time, we are only ready to make radical shifts in life when we are confronted with difficulty that we can't escape. Life challenges of trauma and dying push you deeper inward, because there is nowhere else to go. When you avoid it, at some point it will start eating you and affecting your capacity to live. The intensity of loss makes you realize that the only thing that is always there is the infinite current of Love. Surrender to death is easier when you have learned how to live and love fully. It leads to a sense of completion and willingness to accept the things that you can't change. The experience that you are Love is your anchor that will never leave you. No matter what the outer circumstances in life might be. |
TOOLS FOR YOUR JOURNEY
The Wisdom Trilogy of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra
When mentoring clients, Chinnamasta implements the ancient wisdom teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra. These teachings have proven to work for thousands of years. Often taught as separate disciplines, she merges all three into a cohesive approach to healing body, mind and heart. Chinnamasta makes the teaching accessible to you, adapting to the individual, and meeting each person where they are and where they are open. She offers tools that lead not just to temporary change, but instead, result in steady and slow transformation and a vision of experiencing the highest quality of life.
Yoga practice alleviates pain and results in balance of flexibility and strength of the body. When we dive deeper into this practice, we learn how to experience tranquility of the mind, how to balance our spirit life with our worldly life and to live the true purpose of our Soul.
Ayurveda the sister of yoga, and the art and science of holistic Eastern medicine, offers a preventive and therapeutic healing model through nutrition, lifestyle, therapeutic treatments and herbs. It teaches you how to return to your natural state of being, connected with nature and living your daily life aligned with the flows of seasons. This results in the experience of the nectar of the three foundational humors in life represented as movement, transformation and stability. On the subtle mind and heart level this is reflected as peace, joy and love.
Tantra is the bridge or glue between Ayurveda and Yoga. It is a practical and subtle energy-based practice, offering tools to remove physical, emotional and mental blocks that prevent you from feeling free and living life fully. Following the Tantrik path requires dedication, courage and persistence to work through your personal challenges. Every worldly experience is seen as a lesson and an opportunity to become neutral. That is how you ground your spiritual life in this body and in the world. Tantra Yoga supports you in observing and being with the emotional and mental obstacles in life that prevent you from expressing your full potential. The keys of Tantrik teaching are to increase inner sensitivity, develop a loving, energy-filled relationship with yourself and from that place to develop elevating relationships with others that support you in your growth.
