1 TOOLS & VASTU: Chinnamasta suggests kitchen tools and shares how to prepare your kitchen space into a sacred space
2 RASAS & SPICES: Learn everything about the six tastes ( rasas) that create metabolic and emotional balance and how kitchen spices make all the difference in digesting the meal properly, enhance flavor and have special properties to enhance your health.
3 SAMSKĀRAS: There are several ways to cook your foods aka methods to apply heat and transform the qualities of your food. The different cooking methods are called samskāras and are intricate to understand to any chef.
4 MAKING GARAM MASALA: Watch how Chinnamasta makes her own spice blend, and create your own. A little of gives kick to any dish
5 MAKING MEDICINAL GHEE/ CLARIFIED BUTTER: Clarified butter is called one of the five nectars in India.
It has many medicinal properties and it is very tasty. We use it in the kitchen and even on the body, internally to guide herbal medicine deeper into your tissues and we make butter lamps from it, for rituals and to purify the space.
CLASS TWO, THREE, FOUR, FIVE AND SIX
Each class consists of two videos: the first one is a demonstration video of an hour where you watch Chinnamasta in the kitchen and join her from your own kitchen preparing all meals.
The second video is a Q & A video of an hour.
It is a meeting of aspiring chef participants, who share their questions, share how the meal tasted and ask Chinnamasta questions

Join Chinnamasta for this special 6 week series on Āyurvedic cooking and nutrition from the comfort of your own home.
This self paced course is fun and approachable for any one with an interest in learning how to cook a tasty meal, applying Āyurvedic principles to their food in alignment with the season. You can start with the course at any time and pace it in a way that suits your current life style.
No previous experience in cooking or in āyurveda ( = the Eastern medicine, art and science of life) is needed for this course.
COURSE STRUCTURE
The course consists of seventeen pre-recorded cooking/nutrition lessons to watch and practice at home in your own kitchen. You learn to improve your kitchen skills hands - on in your own kitchen in a fun and practical way.
The course includes a detailed downloadable pdf cooking manual with beautiful visuals. Each class consists of the presentation of a full meal, ussually of four diferent dishes that combine well, making up for a total of about thirty recipes, which you can make separately or mix and match as you please.
Each class video and manual imaterial s going deeper into the five elements and the six tastes theory practical application in your kitchen and daily life.
Suggestions are offered for kitchen tools, supplies and shopping list to get you started.
The high quality videos are divided into four segments:
1 Tips for this week - a talk of Chinnamasta sharing practical tips
2 Theme: Each week the class evolves around one of the five elements, and how this element is represented in the nutrition and your experience in your body. Chinnamasta shares the intricacies of the element, in an approachable way.
3 Cooking demo: explanation of the flow and logistics of the different dishes that are being cooked that week, usually 3 dishes are demonstrated on video, step by step with sub-titles and a detailed manual to support you while you cook in your own kitchen
4 Plating: showing the end result where are parts of the menu come together.
