The sutra's of Chapter II called Sadhana Pada of the Yoga Sutra's of Patanjali , are meant to guide the Sadhak (practitioner of the yoga path ) in living a life that is fulfilling, appropriate and meaningful.
Each sutra builds upon the next and offers clear guidelines that are practical, elevating and inspirational in finding the right expression of Dharma, Kama and Artha. Patanjali offers threads of wisdom revealing within you that which was previously unknown. Each sutra may be considered to be a meditation and a mantra guiding you back to your true Source revealing your true purpose.
Chinnamasta will share her view of the Sutra's and how they apply to your daily life as a way of living with integrity and love. She will offer her insights on the sutra's of Chapter II from Yogic, Ayurvedic and Tantric perspective. There will be opportunity to ask personal questions and the class will include a lecture, mantra and guided meditation.
