The classes combine practices from structural yoga therapy, āyurvedic yoga therapy and some tantra practices. All aspects of the eight-folded path of Patañjali are incorporated. The classes are open to all who have previously studied with Chinnamasta.
All classes will be recorded and accessible through the membership portal for participants.
